Article 25, the carrier of the imported solid waste shall, when accepting the carrier business, require the consignor to provide the following documents:

(1) solid waste import license;

(2) the registration certificate for the import of domestic solid waste as raw material;

(3) the registration certificate for the import of solid waste from solid waste as raw material;

(3) preshipment inspection certificate for the import of solid wastes as raw materials.
