我司将针对通过邮件或者传真补料的出口提单收取手动制单费 （MSI）人民币50/单，该费用将会显示在提单上。请知悉以下各航线生效日期：
起运港：中国
目的港：除美国，波多黎各 以及维京群岛 以外的所有地区
费用：人民币50/单
生效日期：2017年12月1日 （开船日）
起运港：中国 
目的港：美国，波多黎各以及维京群岛地区 
费用：人民币50/单 
生效日期：2017年12月6日 （重柜进场日）

China: Manual Shipping Instruction Charge for China Origin Shipments effective 1 and 6 December 2017

Dear Valued Customer,

Please be advised that APL will apply the following Manual Shipping Instruction Fee (MSI) charge for shipments leaving China with effect from 1 and 6 December 2017. This is applicable for shipping instruction submitted manually to APL by email or fax.
Details are as follows: 
Origin: China
Destination: All Destination (Except USA, Puerto Rico and Virgin Island)
MSI Charge: RMB50 per BL 
Effective Date: 1 December 2017 (On board date)

Origin: China
Destination: USA, Puerto Rico and Virgin Island
MSI Charge: RMB50 per BL
Effective Date: 6 December 2017 (Laden gate in date)

1. The MSI above applies to tariff and customer specifics agreements.
